LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with an innovative company in Cortlandt Manor, New York is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Contracts Administrator to join their team.
This position is onsite to start with flexibility for a hybrid schedule after training.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, tracking, and negotiating a variety of contracts
- Managing contracts from start to finish
- Collaborating with internal and external resources
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Maintaining and updating templates
- Providing support for special projects, as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent paralegal and/or contracts administration experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Industry experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical preferred
- Experience with LinkSquares a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and project management skills
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $80,000-$90,000 per year, plus bonus, depending on experience.
