About the Role
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- 9+ years of Labor & Employment Experience
- A California licensed attorney in good standing
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and counsel to clients
- Prepare and attend arbitrations and administrative hearings
- Review contracts and serve as general legal counsel
- Participate as a team player who can also work autonomously
- Mentor others
Pay range and compensation package:
Compensation Range $175,000 to $250,000 based on experience. Generous benefits package. Reasonable hours target with opportunities for hours and discretionary bonuses. Flexible working arrangements.
