Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:
·J.D. required.
·5+ years of insurance defense experience (including trucking and transportation litigation) experience as a practicing attorney at a law firm.
·Experience handling/defending cases involving construction defects.
·Licensed to practice law in Texas.
About the Role/Firm:
·Relevant office: Houston.
·Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 base (+ generous structured bonus system).
·Minimum Billable Hours: 1800
