🔍 What You’ll Do:
Lead Compliance Programs: Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with laws and regulations, ensuring the highest standards of integrity.
Contract Oversight: Oversee contract reviews and negotiations, ensuring compliance with institutional and governmental guidelines.
Regulatory Expertise: Ensure strict adherence to FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations, while serving as the primary liaison with government agencies.
Staff Empowerment: Develop engaging training programs to educate staff on compliance issues and best practices.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolutions and proactive risk mitigation.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; JD or MBA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years in government contract compliance-- particularly DOD contract compliance --with demonstrated leadership in compliance programs.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other government contracting regulations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships in a diverse environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills for effective contract assessment.
