We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join ANTA as a Visual Merchandising Manager at our Santa Monica, CA location. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising strategies to enhance ANTA’s brand presence and customer experience in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies.
- Optimize store layouts and displays for maximum product visibility.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation.
- Design and execute window and in-store displays.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and store operations teams.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze and improve visual merchandising effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry with a focus on sportswear or fashion brands.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies for multi-channel retail environments.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sense with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling visual displays.
- Ability to travel as needed to attend events and meet with stakeholders.
