Our industry-leading client is looking for a Digital eCommerce Growth Lead to join their team!
Location: This role will be on-site 2-3 days per week in Nashville, TN. Open to candidates who are willing to relocate.
Role type: Permanent, with a salary range of $140,000-$180,000
Here is what you will be doing:
- Drive revenue and user engagement for their eCommerce platform.
- Lead growth initiatives, from traffic and conversion planning to data-driven optimization.
- Oversee eCommerce performance and P&L and ensure financial targets are met/exceeded weekly, monthly, quarterly.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to drive platform, data, and infrastructure projects.
- Measure product performance along with marketing campaign optimizations.
- Cross-functional team leadership and collaboration.
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
- 7-10+ years of experience in driving revenue growth of a digital business
- Proven experience in digital marketing and eCommerce (retail)
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Adobe Platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and DAM
- Strong experience with site merchandising
- Experience with direct reports is required
- Experience owning a budget around $7-10M
- Knowledge around Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Experience with optimizing paid media campaigns
- Ability to measure product performance along with marketing campaign optimizations
