As a Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving process improvements and ensuring quality standards across our operations. This role involves creating inspection test plans, problem-solving customer complaints, and supporting various quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on enhancing operational processes for greater efficiency and quality.
- Inspection Test Plans: Develop detailed inspection test plans for parts/SKUs, specifying changes, instruments used, and sorting locations.
- Quality Management Support: Serve as a backup for the Quality Manager, assisting in maintaining quality standards and compliance.
- Problem Solving: Analyze customer complaints, document findings using A3 methodology, and ensure structured presentation of root causes.
- Project Support: Participate in the SAP implementation project by assisting with data migration and system updates as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (mechanical engineering or similar).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- 5S Experience: Proven experience with 5S methodology is essential.
