What We Offer:
- Base salary starting at $50,000, plus uncapped commissions and annual bonuses.

About the Role: As a Retail Leasing Associate, you’ll play a vital role in increasing occupancy across our portfolio of shopping centers throughout Florida and Georgia. You’ll report directly to the Director of Leasing and work independently to drive leasing efforts. This is a high-reward position for someone who’s self-motivated, competitive, and loves working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Efforts: Proactively market vacant properties, canvass local businesses, cold call retailers, and network with brokers to attract potential tenants. You’ll create e-blasts, post on social media, and represent Saglo at industry events like ICSC and BisNow.
- Market Research: Conduct market surveys, analyze tenant mix, and compile target lists to identify opportunities for leasing. You’ll craft compelling leasing stories to attract high-quality tenants.
- Negotiations & Transactions: Prepare and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs), review tenant financials, and facilitate the lease process from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions for new tenants.
- Tenant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants throughout their lease terms, ensuring best-in-class customer service while addressing concerns and collaborating with property management and accounting teams.
