As our Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our mission, driving growth, and nurturing relationships that lead to tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating new business across our diverse service lines, encompassing Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk, and Technology.
- Staying ahead of the curve by researching trends within prospective clients and industries.
- Identifying the key decision-makers within your roster of companies.
- Leveraging your exceptional outreach skills through phone, email, and social platforms to secure in-person meetings.
- Meeting with potential C-Suite clients and assessing needs.
- Helping to prepare client proposals.
- Consistently achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity, opportunities, and revenue targets.
- Meticulously planning, executing, and documenting all activities within our corporate CRM system.
- Maintaining and helping to expand existing accounts.
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience in various sales methodologies such as cold calling, e-mail networking, etc.
- Experience with CRM software (example: HubSpot).
- A coachable mindset and an insatiable hunger for learning.
- A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and presentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of professional sales training, proving your commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge of accounting or corporate finance.
- Consultative sales experience with ability to speak to C-Suite or Director level clients.
- The ability to build trust and relationships at all organizational levels.
- Impeccable organization and a pragmatic mindset, thriving in a results-oriented environment.
