We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our client’s Sales team. In this role, you'll serve as the key link between our sales team and clients, ensuring their satisfaction. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Identify and connect with potential enterprise clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Develop and manage assigned quotas and territory plans.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to prospect, forecast, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Create compelling annual plans to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts, ensuring high retention.
- Support team members by leading and participating in client and prospect meetings.
- Engage with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress towards goals.
