Chicago – hybrid, 3 days a week in the office
$80,000 - $100,000 + bonus and benefits

An Operations Process Analyst role is available for this world leading Law firm who has developed an enviable reputation for advising world-leading corporate and financial institutions across some of the world's leading companies and financial institutions including a significant number listed on the Fortune 100, FTSE 100 and DAX. Covering a broad range of practices including Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property, Joint Ventures & Strategic Alliances, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate, the business operates across Asia, the Americas and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and diverse organisation. This is a key role where you will provide business insights, process mapping and assist with specific projects / strategies.
Key Responsibilities of the Operations Process Analyst
- Develop and administer methods to track and provide insights on daily, monthly and other departmental processes and activities
- Produce sophisticated process mapping and procedure documentation
- Supports administration of departmental performance metrics, KPI’s and related analysis
- Develop educational materials for the department and department’s customer base
- Develop a departmental schedule; publishes performance versus standards
- Develop and administer quality assurance, control review, and business continuity programs
- Support system enhancement initiatives
- Assist in automating departmental processes and activities
Skills & Attributes of the Operations Process Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting or a related field is strongly preferred
- You will be an experienced Analyst with knowledge of process design, mapping & procedure documentation
- You will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Power Point, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup’s, VBA macros, etc.)
- Prior experience building dashboards in PowerBI, Google Looker, or other data visualization tools is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate or Power Apps is strongly preferred
- As a Business Analyst you will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and sharp critical thinking and analytical skills
