They are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician to join their radiology team. As an integral part of their healthcare system, the X-Ray Technician will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging examinations and related procedures with a focus on accuracy, safety, and patient satisfaction.

Focus:
- Perform diagnostic imaging exams such as X-rays in accordance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
- Ensure the efficient operation of radiologic equipment and related systems.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports as required.
- Monitor and maintain safety practices for patients and staff during imaging procedures.
- Provide clear instructions and assistance to patients throughout the imaging process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to radiologic technology.
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in radiography and imaging technology.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and interdisciplinary communication.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
Skill Set:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiographer.
- Certification in Radiologic Technology, is a must.
- Knowledge of applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
