We are seeking bilingual highly motivated, ethical, team player who is looking to be part of a company with a great future in lending.
This is a full-time entry level position; Standard hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Reporting into the Executive Assistant of the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gifting programs (communication, sending out gifts, & confirming they arrived)
- Assisting with database management
- Executing work related tasks outside the office
- Scheduling Lunches and Meetings
- Assist the marketing team as needed including: social media, scheduling and administrative tasks
- Help organize and maintain library of existing media
