Job Title: Sr. Plant Commissioning Engineer
Experience Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in plant commissioning and equipment validation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commissioning Protocol Generation:
o Develop non-critical commissioning protocols for each equipment and utility
associated with project execution.
2. Vendor Start-Up Verification:
o Verify and witness vendor start-ups as applicable to ensure proper installation and
functionality.
3. Protocol Execution:
o Execute non-critical commissioning protocols, ensuring all equipment and
utilities meet project specifications and standards.
4. ETOP Package Verification:
o Verify ETOP (Equipment Turnover Package) documentation for each equipment
and utility outlined within the project scope.
5. Punch List Management:
o Maintain and update the punch list item log using the Procore management
system, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved.
6. Status Reporting:
o Provide weekly commissioning status updates and reports to project leadership,
highlighting progress, issues, and any necessary corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in plant commissioning and equipment validation.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and documentation.
Proficiency in using project management tools such as Procore.
