We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to expand a global luxury gourmet brand in North America, targeting various premium channels. This role focuses on promoting and selling the company’s premium products.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the F&B or confectionery sector and a proven track record of driving sales and fostering key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target online retailers, airlines, hotels, and supermarkets across North America and Canada.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, educating them on the premium product offerings.
- Drive sales growth through effective negotiation and partnerships with key decision-makers across various channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create initiatives that increase brand awareness and support sales efforts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of hardcore sales experience within the F&B or confectionery industry.
- Proven success in establishing and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients, including online platforms, airlines, hotels, and supermarkets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in the North American/ Canadian market is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with luxury or premium food brands.
