Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Memphis, TN (On-Site)
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative for their growing business. The ideal candidate will be a “hunter” – highly motivated to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and trade show attendance. You must have previous experience within new sales development and proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential clients within the commercial printing sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation and account management.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, outlining progress toward targets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business through proactive outreach and cold calling.
- Self-motivated, with a “hunter” mentality and a drive to close deals.
- Ability to network with prospects in the field and attend trade shows to promote company services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software to track leads and manage client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend trade shows and meet with clients.\
- Proven sales experience in the commercial printing industry a plus or closely related industry
