We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a growing restaurant group. These concepts offer a variety of menu options, highlighting food from across the state near Grand Rapids, MI. These restaurants are heavily focused on the local market for resources in a fun easy vibe. They offer a diverse menu - a mix of food, cocktails, and upscale non-alcoholic beverages.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Comprehensive Healthcare, 401K + match, PTO, and more!
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR Experience in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources/Business Administration
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions, procedures, labor law compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Experience with Toast, Sling (POS, Payroll, Inventory, Quickbooks)
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with kindness, tact, and diplomacy
- Strong ability to build and develop a great team
Responsibilities:
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee transitions, training initiatives, and benefits administration
- Coach managers on timely documentation of HR-related issues
- Optimize performance evaluations, guiding managers in assessing team members' contributions and development
- Create systems for continuous feedback, employee recognition, and performance improvement
- Stay current with HR trends, legal requirements, and emerging technologies to enhance talent management practices
