An international FinTech firm that specializes in international payments and remittances are looking for a Head of Product. The company aim to leverage cutting edge technology and digital solutions to enable faster, less expensive and more convenient solutions for international payments. You will support a rapidly growing customer base while shaping the organization to benefit customers and employees from the ground up.
Responsibilities of the Head of Product:
Utilizing your experience within FinTech and Payments, you will help shape the global product roadmap for international money movement, with customer experience at the heart of everything you do. This is a unique opportunity to develop world class payment solutions in close collaboration with engineers, designers, marketing, commercial and legal teams. Additionally, you will roadmap product improvements and oversee adjustments based on service requests from clients.
Requirements of the Head of Product:
- 5+ years Product Management experience within Payments.
- Specific International Payments, Cross-Border Payments, or Remittance product experience.
- Strong leadership skills, with previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional skills to oversee teams and address highly escalated situations with effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- B.S (Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent preferred.
