Description
Seeking a highly motivated and exceptional Vice President of Sales Operations to spearhead store operations across the southwest US. As the VP of Sales Operations, this role will play a critical role to establish positive market presence, driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
- VP will ensure proper planning, growth, relevance, administration, and oversight of their personnel within the company’s strategic plans, budget, targets and executes on standard policies and procedures
- Work with various business partners to drive awareness of sales projects
- Responsible to drive company growth and sales strategies to improve and excel operational excellence
- Outstanding ability to execute and motivate large teams across various states to meet performance standards
- Safeguards the velocity of operations to meet company standards and objectives to increase MoM and YoY sales initiatives
- Pursue sales strategies to drive market penetration and performance KPIs
- Exceptional leadership responsibility experience and track record is an absolute must
- Responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations and make certain best in class customer service
- Maintain high associate satisfaction, excellent inter-department communication, and achieve high employee morale are very important objectives
Requirements
- 10+ years in management and leadership responsibility driving a sales capacity with proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of business and retail operations
- Furniture Industry Experience is a must
- Conflict and resolution driven with the ability to perform due diligence
- Weekend + Holidays; 70% travel
