Position: iManage Administrator

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced iManage Administrator to oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of our iManage document management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Manage and maintain the iManage document management system, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patches.
- User Support: Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and ensuring smooth operation of the system.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Data Management: Ensure the integrity and security of data within the iManage system. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Integration and Customization: Work with other IT staff to integrate iManage with other systems and customize it to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and usage. Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to document management. Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with iManage support and other third-party vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- RVAN and Azure Integration: Manage and support iManage RVAN (Records Manager, Security Policy Manager) and Azure platform integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an iManage Administrator or in a similar role. 6 plus years of experience in Legal industry.
- Strong knowledge of iManage Work and its components.
- Experience with iManage RVAN, Threat Manager.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platform and its integration with iManage.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
