JOB TITLE: Specialist - Search, Performance Marketing
DEPARTMENT: Investment - Performance Marketing
REPORTS TO: Director, Performance Marketing
PURPOSE: Responsibility and accountability in supporting paid search performance marketing efforts of the agency’s clients, report out on campaign findings and opportunities, help to optimize campaigns and drive departmental campaign initiatives
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work across digital performance marketing management platforms
- Specifically: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and others
- Build out digital strategic initiatives within above platforms
- Verify and execute campaigns (including paid search accounts, analytics, etc.)
- Monitor campaigns and ensure metrics are tracking properly, including pacing and budget adjustments
- Communicate out on results and recommendations across teams to improve campaigns
- Work with internal team to optimize budgets and maximize digital campaign effectiveness through A-B testing, innovative executions, etc.
- Assist in developing and building presentation decks for client meetings
- Work with vendor partners (Google, Microsoft, etc.) to optimize campaigns and bring forward best-in-class campaign solutions
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- 1 – 3 years of Digital campaign stewardship necessary
- Ability and comfort to effectively present information in a one-on-one and/or group setting within the organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking skills
- Ability to read, comprehend and write instructions, short correspondence and memos.
