Job Description:
Insight Global is currently sourcing for a Lead Customer Service Representative with a 3rd Party logistics company located in San Leandro, CA. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of a team of customer service specialists to ensure superior service delivery to online customers. You’ll also lead and coach the assigned team, fostering quality customer interactions, building, and retaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of company products and services
Day to Day
- Organize, Supervise, Build, and Develop an effective and high-performance team
- Support the building and developing of an effective and high-performance team
- Maintain daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reports
- Resolve operational issues
- Document team reports as needed
- Solve escalated problems brought forth to CSR team
Requirements:
- 4+ years of customer service experience (troubleshooting or transaction related) in a call center environment
- 1+ years of experience as a team lead.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
