The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling litigation matters. Must feel comfortable conducting research, drafting, attending hearings, depositions, mediations and arbitration.

Responsibilities
- Perform and summarize investigations
- Research laws and procedures, rules and regulations relevant to claims
- Manage cases from intake through closing including hearings and depositions
- Handle cases independently
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Litigation experience
- Experience attending depositions, hearings, mediations and arbitration
- Must possess excellent research and writing skills
- Must be FL Barred
