Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Summary:
The Senior Data Analyst will develop and maintain production-ready, client-facing visualizations to derive insights from Pareto Intelligence’s risk-adjustment solutions. This role requires technical expertise and industry knowledge to accelerate analytical insights and new features. Collaborating within a team, the analyst will engage with engineers, QA, Data Scientists, and Product teams using agile methodologies, while also working with advisory and customer success teams to resolve issues and discuss new requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes and create publication-ready data visualizations from structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with the Lead Analyst and Product team to support analytical architecture for optimal user experience.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
- Maintain and update the visualization platform regularly.
- Provide data analysis and model development support for Pareto’s software solutions.
- Synthesize raw data into digestible information independently.
- Enhance Pareto’s quantitative capabilities and client offerings.
- Contribute to requirements gathering and recommendations in line with best practices.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of data visualization experience with tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
- 5+ years in analytics or business intelligence within the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in SQL for creating and updating stored procedures.
- Experience with Python (e.g., Jupyter).
- Familiarity with healthcare payer/provider claims, clinical, or quality data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Tableau, SQL Server, Jupyter, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position, with occasional in-office presence required for those located in Chicago (minimum once per week).
This role is pivotal in delivering ultimate insights and fostering collaboration within the team to enhance client performance through data-driven solutions.
