Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health Benefits, 401k and more!
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Hotel and Human Resources department with duties and functions; including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Reviews and administers employment status changes through paperwork and HRIS system - pay rates, position status, and change
- Supports the interview process, conducts interviews with candidates, and coaches managers on the interview guidelines
- Manages and maintains the Workers Comp process
- Organizes Employee Recognition activities, functions, and recognition program
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Hospitality Human Resources experience
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment capabilities
- Passionate about hospitality and guest services
- Capabilities of working with all levels of hotel staff
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Suite products
