Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the large group ASO market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Provide training and support to brokers to enhance their understanding and selling capabilities of ASO plans.
Collaboration and Solution Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized ASO solutions that meet the needs of large group clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the ASO market.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in working in Sales or Account Management in Healthcare, Insurance, or an adjacent industry
- Bilingual; proficient in English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of the ASO market and self-funded insurance plans.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
