🔍 What You’ll Do: As a BIM Administrator II, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team of over 40 planners, architects, engineers, and technical experts to shape the future of our airport infrastructure. From airfield improvements to terminal upgrades, your role will directly support LAWA's mission to "Make The Journey Better" for millions of passengers and employees.
💡 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3D models using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and ACC platforms
- Administer Autodesk BIM360 Design and ACC project environments
- Ensure accurate data and up-to-date BIM models across project life cycles
- Implement cutting-edge BIM tools and automate tasks for enhanced efficiency
- Participate in team meetings to align stakeholders with BIM processes
- Review and provide feedback on BIM submittals
💼 Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced with Autodesk software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks) and project management functions in construction
- A problem-solver, with at least one year of experience in BIM processes and workflows
- Holds a degree in engineering or equivalent, with a CM-BIM certification being a plus!
🌍 Hybrid Work Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of telework on Mondays and Fridays, with on-site collaboration at the airport on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
