Clinic Manager

We are seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to join our fast-paced specialist practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office management experience, including medical insurance knowledge, leadership skills, and familiarity with the EPIC system. Responsibilities include employee scheduling, collaborating with billers on claims, and growing within the practice. Candidates must be reliable, capable of multitasking, and have experience managing a clinic with multiple physicians.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage clinic scheduling, ensuring proper staffing and efficient patient flow
- Monitor inventory and order medical supplies and equipment as needed
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including administrative personnel, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Organize staff meetings and ongoing training
- Ensure that the clinic provides high-quality patient care and that services meet regulatory standards
- Address patient concerns, complaints, or feedback, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively
- Oversee the clinic’s budget, including expenses, revenues, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate coding, billing, and collections processes
- Ensure the clinic complies with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other state and federal guidelines
- Maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and accreditations for the clinic and staff
- Serve as the primary liaison between the clinic, healthcare providers, patients, and external partners
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of directly related work experience in a leadership role
- Experience working with multiple physicians (2+)
- HS Diploma
- EPIC experience is highly preferred
- Bilingual is a plus!
