Role Description
We’re seeking a part-time Sales & Office Administrator to help run our Philadelphia office, as well as manage additional sales- and company-wide administrative tasks. This is an on-site role in our office at Industrious at 901 Market St. To start, and we are looking for approximately 10 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours over time. You may choose the hours that work for you, but we do ask that you commit to a regular weekly schedule. This is a great opportunity for students looking for additional income, parents interested in flexible work, or anyone interested in learning how an early stage startup operates!
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Head of Sales with sales-related administrative tasks related to recruiting, data tracking, and pipeline management
- Conduct monthly inventory review and put together supply orders
- Sort and organize all incoming mail (physical and via our mail scanning portal), and coordinate with the appropriate internal team to ensure any bills or legal documents are addressed in a timely manner
- Manage all outbound mail (sending supplies to our clinicians)
- Act as the point of contact for Industrious regarding an office related questions or concerns
- Arrange package pickup or other in-office services (such as document shredding)
- Other administrative or clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must be able to go into the office on a weekly basis, with availability for 2-3 hours per day between 10AM-5PM on the weekdays of your choice
- Driver’s license required (car not required)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Qualifications:
- Flexible and adaptive; able to pivot quickly between tasks as needed
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with G-Suite, Greenhouse, and CRMs a plus
