We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. We offer our customers Engineering and Test Development, Staging and Configuration, Test, Repair and Refurbishment services as part of our comprehensive Reverse Logistics services. The Plant Manager is responsible for all daily operations of the plant from production to inbound and outbound logistics ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Through the branch management team they will develop processes, implement and maintain processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets for optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
- Commit to and promote plant safety procedures
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
- Responsible to support branch employees, and key suppliers, in their fulfillment of CTDI Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and all local requirements as set by law, regulation or customer agreement.

Required Experience:
- B.S. Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- 8+ years of proven Operations management experience required.
- 5+ years working in a high volume distribution, manufacturing or production, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation.
- Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Access and Project), report preparation, and data analysis
