You would be hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.

JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for providing technology guidance to clients and orchestrating the interaction between clients and Sogeti to drive new opportunities, demand generation, digital transformation and the mapping of industry/business scenarios to solutions. You will drive conversations with clients to present the strategic value of Sogeti solutions and act as a trusted technology advisor both internally and externally with technical and/or business decision-makers. In addition, you will gather insights about client business and leverages existing architecture approaches to achieve commitments to clients.
We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and abilities in:
Customer and Industry Insights: Generate business insights based on knowledge of the client’s technology landscape, feedback from the customer and internal teams (community, ecosystem, account team) and from knowledge of the capability of products/services, to provide input into planning processes. Adapt plans based on insights, under guidance. Orchestrate smaller teams to gather information about the customer, under guidance. Begins to form insights around industry trends to deliver solutions.
Trusted Advisor: Research client organizations and may be involved in contacting technical decision makers (TDMs) and/or business decision makers (BDMs). Learn about their needs and begins advising on solutions and positioning Sogeti capabilities. Build and maintain knowledge of Sogeti offerings, as well as client business priorities and industry trends to positively articulate the value of offerings in addressing the needs of the assigned accounts and evaluating their business. Act as the voice of the client, industry and internal advocate by providing insights, feedback and challenges from the customer to internal teams (product groups, engineers).
Technology Strategy Formulation: Provide analysis of overall client needs, outcomes and potential blockers and advise on gaps that would benefit from Sogeti solutions, validating with the broader team. Ensure execution of technology strategy and/or digital transformation by identifying and resolving technical blockers that arise during strategy planning and implementation and driving technology adoption. Support the creation of fundamental, mid-term technical and business roadmaps (up to 12 months), outlining the digital transformation journey and core wins. Build technical engagement or enablement plan, capture baseline and drive envisioning to support mid-term business plans. Contribute to the translation of an understanding of the client's business objectives and scenarios in conjunction with industry priority scenarios, sales plays, and solution areas to develop components of a technology architecture. Ensure that developed architecture components influence cloud journey to position all cloud and drive consumption, usage and a higher share of customer potential and propensity.
Technology Sales-Demand Generation and Orchestration: Identify client issues, create demand and identify opportunities to uncover new solutions. Identify and qualify a set number of opportunities for product/services sales, solution sales or consumption. Creates and maintains an opportunity initiation in partnership with teams and work with peers to map priorities to opportunities.
Differentiated Value Proposition: Contribute to technology/transformation with the client by understanding drivers of digital transformation, initiating conversations on digital transformation for assigned accounts and ensuring line-of-business wins are captured (testimonials) for referencing. Drive conversations with enterprise clients that present a strategic relationship between Sogeti’s products and services compared with the competitor's solution and the client’s overall business goals and objectives.
Mapping and Account Planning: Create stakeholder maps for accounts, and determines and orchestrates a coverage plan. Build the bridge between customer business requirements and technology. Map technical customer requirements and business scenarios to technology platforms. Recognize how technology platforms are evolving and orchestrates resources to deliver platforms that will ensure successful technology adoptions. Orchestrate internal teams to ensure sufficient technical resources for demand generation, when appropriate. Drive account planning for budgeting, quota attainment, consumption goals and client consumption gaps to inform quarterly and fiscal objectives. Coordinate extended account teams and drive forecasting and tracking of the business. Own the technical portion of the account plans and leads the account plan delivery.
Education and Thought Leadership: Influence teams to use the right technical architecture for the client, utilizing the best of our solution areas. Contribute to the delivery of regular (quarterly, monthly) industry/technology briefings to client technology stakeholders. Use existing readiness resources to support the development of enablement plans for assigned customers to develop and expand their technical capabilities. Contribute to innovations to accelerate meeting goals for customer capacity while maximizing reach and impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Education, Business, Technical, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 12+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience.
- Experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards and/or technology management.
- Working knowledge of technologies or disciplines (Business Applications Dynamics 365, Power Apps, M365, Power BI, Azure Architecture and Development, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
