AtWork Personnel is currently partnering with an exceptional Las Vegas, Nevada, Manufacturing Company that is in search of a CFO with a minimum 15 year's executive financial leadership. The CFO will collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive organizational vision, strategic growth, and operational efficiencies across the organization, and will be responsible for the Company's financial operations, accounting team, treasury, taxes and tax functions, financial reporting and audits. This position will have oversight for subsidiaries both domestic and international. Travel is required. A CPA is highly preferred.

- Strategic Planning, Growth Initiatives, New Markets
- Goal Setting, Performance Management, Annual Operating Plans
- Budgets, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Recommendations,
- Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Treasury, Banking, Securing New Funding,
- Month, Quarter, Year End Closings
- Internal, External Audit Oversight
- Monitor cash balances and develop reliable cash flow projections and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs of the Company
- Determine plant standard cost rates and update same during budget process. Ensure standard costs are accurately calculated and maintained.
- Oversee financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
- Monitor legal issues involving the Company, and coordinate with outside advisors, legal counsel, financial institutions, auditors, and government contracts.
- Ensure recordkeeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
- Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, investors, auditors and all other professional business relationships.
Requirements:
- 15 Years Financial Leadership
- MBA or CPA
- Manufacturing Experience
- ERP SAP
- Ability to Travel 25%
