**About the Company:**
Our client is a fast-growing RIA based in Los Angeles, CA specializing in providing tailored investment management services to private clients, including high-net-worth individuals and trusts, and overseeing three fixed-income funds. Additionally, the firm offers discretionary fixed-income investment management through its affiliated Trust company.
**About the Role:**
The Relationship Manager plays a key role in enhancing the client experience and maintaining strong client relationships. This highly motivated individual will work directly with high-net-worth clients, acting as the primary point of contact for most client inquiries and interactions. The role involves close collaboration with the portfolio management team and requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The Relationship Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts and help grow the business through both client service and business development efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Business Development:**
- Contribute to mutual fund growth by expanding relationships with institutional and individual clients.
- Assist with preparing presentations for new business opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of business development events, including client seminars and networking functions.
- Engage in community activities to generate new business leads.
- Maintain and manage Salesforce records.
**Client Service:**
- Organize and coordinate client meetings (quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and ad hoc) and prepare performance and holdings reports.
- Participate in client meetings, discussing portfolio positioning, performance, and investment outlook.
- Handle all aspects of client account administration.
- Deliver outstanding client service across all aspects of client relationships.
**Client Account Support:**
- Facilitate the opening of client accounts and provide ongoing support for client access.
- Manage client account activity, respond to statement inquiries, and ensure smooth asset transfers and money movement.
- Provide assistance with online access and general client support.
**Account Management:**
- Manage the process for opening, maintaining, and documenting client accounts.
- Handle asset transfers and money movements as needed.
- Reconcile cash and security transactions.
- Complete subscription documentation for clients.

**Education & Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required.
- CFP certification is preferred or a willingness to obtain it.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Schwab and Fidelity platforms.
- Experience with Addepar is a plus (but not required).
