Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative aspects of government contracts.
- Lead the application process for government bids, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop effective bidding strategies that align with project objectives.
- Proactively search for and identify government contract opportunities that fit our organization's capabilities.
- Compile and submit detailed proposal packages with all required documentation.
- Monitor and manage the performance and compliance of awarded contracts.
- Serve as the liaison between our organization and government agencies, fostering smooth communication and project execution.
- Ensure adherence to government procurement regulations and deadlines.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience managing government contracts and bids.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local procurement regulations.
- Expertise in identifying and securing government contract opportunities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with contract management software and government bidding platforms.
- Experience with SAM.gov and other government bid agencies is required.
