Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and production planning processes.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize systems for efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with production needs.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet production demands.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain efficiency.
- Evaluate and oversee outsourcing contracts.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain/procurement or vendor management
- 3+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Experience with international sourcing
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management
- Demonstrated experience in production planning and scheduling

Physical Requirements:
- This position requires sitting for prolonged periods, performing tasks requiring fine motor skills, and utilizing computer keyboarding.
