Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with a strong background in operations, financial management, and resource planning. This role requires a keen eye for process improvements, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Manage and oversee key administrative functions including financial management, resource allocation, and overall business operations.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and suggest strategies to optimize efficiency across departments.
- Revenue Reporting: Prepare and analyze detailed revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to business needs.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting activities and forecast revenue and resource demands to align with business objectives.
- Opportunity Pipeline and Bookings: Maintain and monitor the opportunity pipeline, tracking bookings and ensuring smooth flow from lead to delivery.
- Cost Optimization: Develop and implement cost optimization models for projects, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management with expertise in financial administration, people supply management, and operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in preparing and interpreting revenue reports.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize project cost models and manage opportunity pipelines.
- A proactive and self-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
