Dolce&Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its new in-house Beauty Division has an exceptional career opportunity available for a US Brand Manager-Makeup based in Miami.
Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for an experienced marketing Brand Manager to oversee the Marketing Makeup brands in the US. As a key partner, you will work closely with the US Brand Director and the Global teams based in Milan to ensure the US development and deployment of the strategy. Based in Miami, this position within the US area will support all the 360-marketing activation plans for the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty brand. This role will support the US Brand Director to steer the business on evaluating brand strategies and activate all drivers.
Main responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing fragrance business performance.
- Support the preparation of monthly analytic reports, providing concise presentations on gaps, opportunities by retailer, and competitive positioning.
- Track and analyze product launch performance across accounts, generating detailed and insightful reports to support strategic decisions.
- Campaign and Product Management:
- Implement, track and ensure flawless execution of all aspects of 360-degree marketing campaigns for product launches (with the exception of Media that will be globally managed).
- Control and report monthly targets, sell-out and stock levels.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns with a specific focus on below the line.
- Budget Management and forecasting. Ensure efficient spending of budget and timely accounting recording of expenses.Competitive and Market Analysis:
- Conduct competitive research, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities within the fragrance category.
- In line with HQ marketing guidelines, build and execute all marketing plans in order to reach business targets.
- Create and deliver the operational marketing strategies and campaigns across the area.
- Track and manage inventory levels, coordinate distribution, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Perform price comparisons and support pricing analysis to optimize market positioning.
Main requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with inventory management software.
- At least 4+ years of previous experience in Marketing Management.
- Experience in the Makeup luxury industry.
- Experience as a US Brand Manager in the Beauty Industry.
- Must be able to work from home 1 day a week.
- Flexible schedule, based on the needs of the business.
- Uses discretion in dealing with confidential issues/information.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
