My client is a Top 10 South Florida ENR General Contractor based out of Miami, FL.
They have delivered large-scale projects since 1990, logging more than 400 successful projects to date.
Their portfolio includes a mix of luxury high-rise residential, hospitality, cultural/institutional, office, multifamily, and commercial mixed-use projects
They are looking for an experienced candidate with Lead experience on high-profile hospitality projects.
Ideal candidate
Experience in managing a project from start to finish.
Able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks.
Will have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of project
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
Compensation
- $150K-$200K base salary
- Annual & Project based performance bonus program (10-25%)
