VP / Principal, Private Credit Investment Professional
Seeking a highly motivated experienced VP or Principal level investment professional to support growth of the firm’s private credit investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong credit skills, extensive underwriting experience, a deep track record in underwriting and executing credit investments in the private markets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience within a private markets investment firm or alternative asset management firm focused on credit investing in the private markets.
- Extremely well-grounded in credit underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring for transactions providing flexible capital solutions to both growth-stage and mature companies.
- Experience evaluating companies in the Technology or Software sectors can be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Undergraduate degree is required; an advanced degree such as MBA or holding the CFA Charter designation can be a plus.
