On behalf of our manufacturing client, Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Practice is seeking a Multimedia Designer to develop engaging, brand-compliant training content using ELS development platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement educational materials that align with organizational standards and support learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive training modules using ELS development platforms, ensuring brand consistency
- Create visually engaging instructional materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and multimedia content
- Use PowerPoint and Adobe Suite to create educational resources such as infographics, slideshows, and videos
- Manage training content on SharePoint to ensure materials are organized, accessible, and up-to-date
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and refine instructional strategies
- Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness
- Write and edit technical documentation, job aids, and training guides
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in instructional design, particularly with ELS development platforms
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with SharePoint for content management
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to create visually appealing and brand-compliant training content
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality training materials
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
