The duties will include doing Business Development as a Senior Trust Officer.
A book of clients is included with the position.
Using your current COI to continue to do Business development in the Houston Market.
Delivering HNW and UHNW wealth products and services
The base could start as high as $175,000 depending on level of experience.
Quarterly bonuses/incentives one could earn an additional $150-$200K.
All Incentives and bonuses and not discretionary!
The desired candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in Trust and Estates is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Trust and Wealth.
