- Base Salary Range: $47,000 - $50,000
- Commission Range: $45,000 - $50,000 (No Commission Cap)
- Annual Performance Bonus: $4,000
- Total Compensation Package: Up to $105K

How You'll Contribute
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Master our diverse product line and inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Forge strong partnerships within our team through collaborative efforts
- Navigate the entire lead cycle, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Proactively scout for promising leads, complementing our robust marketing endeavors
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships, streamlining order processing for utmost satisfaction
- Leverage teamwork to drive profitability, adeptly upselling and cross-selling alongside our sales team
- Tackle hurdles head-on, employing innovative problem-solving to overcome challenges
What We’re Looking for
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
- 4-5 years of inside sales experience
- Background in power generation or industrial equipment sales
- Proficiency in handling the dynamic nature of our industry's critical applications with a heightened sense of urgency
- Expertise in handling objections and turning challenges into sales opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer-centric approach
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of AI, such as ChatGPT, and its applications
- Proven adaptability to evolving procedures and shifting tools/resources amid automation improvements
- Competitive nature and a will to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Excellent time-management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive being part of a small team
