Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads by understanding their IT services needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate IT services to prospective customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their ongoing IT requirements and providing relevant services.
- Manage client accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's IT services, such networking and security services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Sales Process Management:
- Track and manage all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Client Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and offering post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and integration of IT solutions.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, services, and trends.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the IT industry (internships or part-time work is a plus but not required).
