We are seeking a skilled Anaplan Model Builder to join our rapidly growing finance team within a dynamic tech company. In this full-time, in-house role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Anaplan models to meet the changing needs of the organization. Your expertise will be key in delivering high-impact solutions, such as Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota models, for our key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring accurate model design and functionality.
- Design, develop, test, and implement connected, optimized Anaplan models.
- Maintain and enhance existing models, create reporting and analysis dashboards, and develop intuitive user interfaces.
- Lead new or enhanced Anaplan implementations, manage configuration settings, and provide ongoing support.
- Encourage user adoption across the business units and ensure customer success through the successful training of end-users.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and contribute to data integration and migration solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder.
- Expertise in Anaplan UX, dashboarding, and data integration.
- Strong project management skills, with knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder required. Level 3 will be an advantage.
- Experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) use cases is preferred.
