About the Role
Tilly Therapy is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to join our San Francisco office. This strategic role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience and knowledge of revenue cycle management and risk management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies across our Unified Vision brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Revenue Cycle strategies and implementation that manage risk
- Lead offshore revenue cycle team; manage their work and handle escalations
- Work with third party audit teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to processes
- Use data analytics to guide decision-making, uncover trends, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics.
- Oversee the formulation of precise revenue forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and the sales pipeline. Collaborate with finance and executive teams to ensure revenue projections align with broader business goals.
- Lead a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, operations and strategic finance, to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience leading revenue operations, with a preference for a startup and/or high growth company.
- Experience managing and mitigating RCM risk.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Familiarity with RCM tools and systems, AI experience a plus.
- Experience leading and managing a team, with offshore leadership a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week in our SF office with a fully in-person team.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $220,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
