Well established Aviation company in Van Nuys is seeking a full time Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the team. The Sr. HRBP will strategize with business leaders and align HR strategies with business goals. You will oversee talent management, employee relations and continue to improve employee engagement.
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity Onsite in Van Nuys.
Salary is between $110k to $165K depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with business objectives, advising on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee retention.
Employee Relations: Manage complex employee issues, conduct investigations, and support managers in resolving conflicts.
Collaboration: Work with Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll, and Benefits teams to integrate HR services seamlessly.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives, including organizational restructuring and process improvements.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.
HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
In order to be considered for this role you must have the following Skills and Competencies:
7-10 years experience in Human Resources Management
HR Certification PHR or SHRM
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
