Overview:
The Treasury Sales Coordinator works with clients, Treasury Bankers as well as Services and Support teams to coordinate treasury opportunities, implementations and account maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations for clients and prospects.
- Assist in preparing treasury pricing/profitability models, proposals, presentations and payment cycle reviews.
- Attend sales calls upon request of the Treasury Sales Banker.
- Gather data, processing instructions, documentation and other information required to facilitate new client Treasury Services implementations.
- Monitor the status of active implementations to ensure setups are completed on time and accurately in accordance with client expectations.
- Maintain a high level of communication with client, Treasury Banker and Services and Support teams.
- Maintain client data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including kicking off Treasury Services workflow for new product implementations.
- Remain current with all Treasury products and services as well as regulatory requirements and understand the impact tor Treasury products and services, new and existing.
- Prepare, attend and manage follow-up from annual Treasury Services reviews for clients.
- Act as subject matter expert for complex client questions and/or service issues.
- Gather and analyze data, look for trends, risks and opportunities.
- Clearly and accurately communicate complex payment-related concepts to clients; suggest products and services that might increase efficiency and/or reduce risk of fraud when interacting with clients.
- Interact with internal and external clients while providing extraordinary service.
- Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with other employees, clients and vendors.
- Represent the Bank and Card Services team in a highly professional manner.
- Complete job assignments in a professional, timely and efficient manner; organize and prioritize work; utilize appropriate technology and service tools for tracking of internal and external requests.
- Maintain confidentiality; adhere to CrossFirst Bank policies and procedures; comply with laws, regulations and industry best practices.
- Reliable and predictable onsite attendance.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of commercial bank products and services, with an emphasis on treasury management is required.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships and influence others internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
