Our client seeks a highly motivated and skilled Associate Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation and appeals, with a passion for delivering exceptional legal services to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation and appellate matters in both state and federal courts.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a variety of commercial disputes.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas State Bar.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and appeals.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Annual Billables: Average 1600-1700
Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 depending on experience
