- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer
- 3 – 5+ years machine electrical experience
- Manufacturing Experience
Job Responsibilities
- Applies electrical theory and related knowledge to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry.
- Identifies controls and maintains all new and existing inventory levels of electrical spare parts for the plant.
- Assembles and tests experimental motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, solenoids, and other electrical equipment and components.
- Modifies electrical components and/or programs and logic to improve production rates, quality, efficiency and safety under the direction of the Engineering Area Manager.
- Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and implement preventative and corrective maintenance to similar machines or devices.
