Job Description
Summary: A multi-asset investment management firm is looking for a Leasing Manager to help out their property management arm. They span across the globe and invest and manage across different asset classes, including real estate (acquisition, development, and property management) and venture (early to late-stage technology companies).To be a successful, he/she must be customer orientated both internally and externally.
Day to Day: As a leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing strategy and implementation for the client's local Portfolio. Made up of 6 properties scattered around Seattle's Lake Union, the Leasing Manager will move between properties that need an uptick in lease occupancy rates. You will provide guidance to each property manager, and implement standards to abide by during lease-up periods. You will keep the properties steadily growing to a high or increasing occupancy percentage. As a Leasing Manager, you will also be customer facing, utilizing you customer service and sales skills through guided tours, connecting with future residents, and generally creating a new standard for all 6 local properties. Compensation:
$70,000-90,000/year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
